Cleaning During the Daytime Pacific Palisades
Local Chimney Cleaning Pacific Palisades — The switch to cleaning offices during normal working hours has been the subject of much discussion in the cleaning press right now and over the last few months. Quiet vacuum cleaners, scrubber driers, and buffing machines are being developed by machine makers, all of which claim to allow you to clean without disturbing the tenants of the premises.
This would make life a lot more pleasant for cleaning companies, making cleans easier and cheaper to handle, and allowing cleaners to work more social hours. Cleaning companies are reportedly going to great lengths to shift their cleaning to office hours rather than after they’ve closed for the day, according to certain accounts in the cleaning press. My personal observation is that indicate that this is so. None of our clients have asked to move their cleaning times or even considered it as a feasible option when they have been approached about the possibilities of changing the cleaning times.
It’s not an issue to vacuum with’silent’ vacuums. It’s not difficult to clean toilet regions. Cleaning kitchen areas is difficult because they are frequently used throughout the day. It’s also a concern if you do anything to hard floors. If people are using those hard floors, they must be steered away from them while they are being cleaned, which is obviously a nuisance for them and will not be accepted for long. Any food left in garbage disposal units, bins, or other containers will be left overnight, and it will have the potential to smell the next day. Also, when someone is at work, there can be no attempt to clean work stations.
Overall, the inconveniences of cleaners trying to do their jobs while building residents are trying to do theirs clearly exceed the benefits. Price increases and cleaning times will be prolonged. The principle is sound, and I’d love to be able to get all of the cleaning done by five o’clock in the evening, but practicalities prevent that in many workplaces.
